Who we are
Roost Santurce is a restaurant located at 310 Avenida José de Diego, San Juan, Puerto Rico 00909. This website is our pre-opening site. We do not yet publish a phone number. You can reach us through the contact form on our home page.
What we collect
We only collect information you choose to send us through the two forms on this site.
- Contact and opening list form: your name, email address, phone number (optional), the reason for your message, and any message you write.
- Employment application form: your name, email address, phone number, the position you are applying for, your restaurant and fine dining experience, your availability, an optional link to a resume or profile, and the text you write about yourself.
We do not ask for payment details, government identification numbers or health information. Please do not include them in free-text fields.
How we use it
- To reply to your message.
- To tell you our opening date and when reservations begin, if you asked to join the opening list.
- To review your application and contact you about employment.
- To keep the website secure and working.
We do not sell your information. We do not use it for advertising.
Where it is stored and who can see it
Form submissions are stored in this website’s database, hosted by WP Engine in the United States, and are also sent by email to the restaurant team. Our website is maintained by Lo Media Group, a digital agency that acts on our instructions. No other third party receives your information unless the law requires it.
How long we keep it
- Opening list and contact messages: until you ask us to remove you, or 24 months after our opening, whichever comes first.
- Employment applications: 12 months after we receive them, unless you are hired or ask us to delete them sooner.
Cookies
This site currently sets only the technical cookies WordPress needs to work. We do not run analytics or advertising cookies at this time. If that changes, we will update this page and ask for your consent where the law requires it.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to remove you from the opening list, at any time through the contact form. We will respond within 30 days.
If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we process your information with your consent or to answer a request you made, and you may also complain to your local data protection authority. If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request its deletion, and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined in California law.
Children
This website is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

We will post any changes on this page and update the date at the top.
